Mr. Mahoney is a 4th generation Floridian being born and raised in Leesburg, Florida. After attending high school and college, Mr. Mahoney attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida where he graduated with Honors in May, 1991. Mr. Mahoney was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar in September 1991 and began practicing law with the law firm of McLin Burnsed in Leesburg, Florida where he became a full partner. Mr. Mahoney met Mr. and Mrs. Brionez at McLin Burnsed where all three worked together. After 21 years of law practice, Mr. Mahoney left McLin Burnsed and opened his own law firm where he continued his practice until joining Brionez + Brionez, P.A. Through the years, Mr. Mahoney has represented both individuals as well as a plethora of financial institutions, construction companies, contractors, corporations and associations.
