| After beginning my career as a law clerk for the 5th district court of appeal, I went on to open two of my own practices. The first was Carlyle Appellate Law Firm, founded in 1997. It grew to a well-regarded seven attorney practice with numerous support staff, based in Orlando. Then, in January 2019, I opened my second practice, Florida Appeals. Florida Appeals is an Orlando-based law firm, composed of six attorneys including myself, and support staff. With a staff made up of two retired appellate judges and three attorneys previously employed as appellate law clerks, Florida Appeals exclusively specializes in the practice of appellate law and trial support. |
