I am a civil litigator, with an interest in employment law, civil rights, business and contract disputes, and many other areas of litigation. My happy places are depositions, oral arguments, and cross examination - go figure. My background is in finance and human rights, with two finance degrees and overseas experience in human rights work, as well as a law degree, obviously. The law firm of which I am a partner is maddeningly obsessive about success in litigation on behalf of our clients. I am also a managing partner in a sports agency, seeking to optimize long-term success for all stakeholders.
