| Cynthia was born and raised in the panhandle of Florida. Between college and law school, Cynthia served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer onboard USS Mahan(DDG-72) and USS Hue City (CG-66) making two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She was admitted to the Hawaii Bar 2008; U.S. District Court District of Hawaii 2008. Florida Bar 2017; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 2017. Cynthia provides litigation counsel to local government and corporate clients at Stone & Gerken, P.A. |
